Denúncia: trabalhadora da Viagens Interpass vítima de assédio sexual
– Trabalhei 1 mês como vendedora e fui ofendida e humilhada publicamente pela gestora de vendas responsável pela equipa onde trabalhei, claro que as respectivas agressões deslocadas da pessoa supracitada também interferiram no negócio, ou seja, os clientes eram ofendidos diariamente caso se recusassem a comprar o produto do Interpass.
– Nos meses em que trabalhei no telemarketing fui vítima de Bullying, assédio sexual verbal e físico por parte de vários supervisores de equipas, forçaram-me a trabalhar desde as 9h e 9:30h até às 19:30 e obrigavam todos os colaboradores a trabalhar 6 dias por semana como sempre referi que isso era ilegal não me renovaram o contrato e substituíram-me imediatamente por outra pessoa (algo que também era ilegal tendo em conta as cláusulas do contrato que assinei).
– Cheguei a pedir apoio judicial à Segurança Social e consegui falar com uma advogada, que referiu que sem testemunhas era impossível garantir o sucesso no processo judicial. Os meus colegas ainda hoje vivem com medo, muitos fizeram queixa na ACT que segundo sei até à data presente não tomou medidas, penso que se esta empresa fizesse mais auditorias os colaboradores poderiam ter melhores condições dignas de um ser humano.”

Os casos de assédio moral (mobbing) são nefastos e causam danos. O mais difícil é provar, chegando a demorar anos para se conseguir as provas. E as provas que podem ser apresentadas são duas – insultos via email ou através de testemunhas. Ora, os agressores já t~em muito cuidado em usar o email como ferramenta de mobbing e as testemunhas, essas, nem sempre estão disponíveis para testemunhar por medo de represálias.

1. Este fim de semana, tambem foi contactado pela INterpass para me deslocar ao hotel Leziria em Vila Franca de Xira, o numero de telefone já aqui mencioando 965996960.
Quando pedi para me enviarem o voucher por correio, um tal de Ricardo Sousa, disse-me de forma muito rude e mal educado, que não estava a oferecer POrta Chaves.
Após alguns comentários, desejei a este individuo um bom fim de semana.
A Interpass continua a desenvolver anticorpos. São mal preparados e mal educados.
Como será possível que em tanto tempo que faço parte desta equipa maravilhosa nunca me ter apercebido de tais situações? Mas será possível? Não claro que não. E sabem porquê? Porque temos uma. Equipa de superiores hierárquicos que não nos deixam na mão, que nos apoiam e lutam por nós. Que lutam todos os dias para alcançarmos os nossos objectivos e que teem Sempre tempo para nos. Essa senhora não iria nunca poder ser militar,nombeira, polícia, porque nessas profissões independente daquilo se faca vão sempre recebedoria

Vou enumerar uma série de questões que vão ajudar no que toca ao tema Interpass –
1º – Se foste realmente alvo de “chacota” por parte de membros superiores da grande empresa que é a INTERPASS, apresentavas o teu nome, porque represálias maiores que aquelas que dizes que tiveste seria impossível.
2º – Acho um piadão quando referes que trabalhavas muitas horas e muitos dias por semana e depois no fim da frase dizes: E NÃO ME RENOVARAM O CONTRATO!!! ah quer dizer, a Interpass é presa por ter cão e por não ter. É uma empresa assim tão má mas tu querias cá continuar…
3º- Tu não eras “OBRIGADA” A TRABALHAR ESSES DIAS TODOS, mas se és comissionista, quanto mais trabalhas mais ganhas.. mas lá está como foi referido num comentário em cima QUERIAS GANHAR MUITO SEM FAZER NENHUM! Vai la perguntar aos diretores e donos da Interpass se conseguiram erguer a empresa que a Interpass é hoje, com direitos OU SE FOI COM MUITO TRABALHO?!
Agora vou contar TODA A VERDADE, sobre a Interpass:
É sem dúvida A MELHOR EMPRESA onde já trabalhei. Preocupam-se connosco, se estamos bem, fazem por nos compreender e ajudam-nos a nível financeiro. Estão sempre disponíveis para nós 24 horas por dia… abraçam-nos, riem connosco, choram connosco, sim ralham connosco porque muitas vezes erramos, mas se for necessário logo de seguida levantam-nos. A Interpass é uma FAMILIA é uma ESCOLA, a maior e melhor escola que já tive sempre com excelentes professores. Eu não sei em que Interpass e que trabalhaste, mas sem dúvida que não foi na mesma que a minha.
Tenho pena que só vejas os teus direitos sem primeiro cumprires com os teus deveres!

Melhores condições? Até parece que se trabalha sob ameaças de chicotes, com orelhas de burro. Ahahah, será que essa senhora que foi vitima de bulling sabe que o mesmo é praticado entre crianças ou jovens em idade escolar? Mas se quem dá a cara tem vergonha onde está o nome desta senhora? Eu trabalho na interpass no telemarketing e digo…a forma que motivam ou pensam que motivam as pessoas não é a mais correcta..não é aos gritos e em cada frase um palavrão e quem faz 25 é o maior e kem faz 15 ups anda ali na corda bamba… das 9:30h ás 19:30h 45min de almoço, uma empresa que se diz honesta mas que afinal assim que nos identificamos ao telefone sendo da interpass as pessoas fogem cm o diabo da cruz… fama de vigaristas e aldrabões, sempre ouvi dizer que onde há fumo há fogo..verdade se diga que pagam a tempo e horas e quem realmente trabalha a sério ganha mt dinheiro, mas não é dakela forma que se fala com as pessoas. Do estilo precisas tens que te sugeitar…

nao posso generalizar a interpass, mas o chefe na agencia elias garcia em campo lpequeno lisboa passava a vvida a roubar fotos aue ele tirava as estagiarias, era obsceno, e era mau colega para os outros chefes das outras dependencias, roubava od pontos do spreeding anual de vendas… queixei-me ao ministerio do trabalho e a inspecççao geral do trabalho… que me aconselharam ao verem os termos do contrato que so poderia o trabalhador recorrer para o tribunal X oras os dados estavam viciados… estive para bater no devido senhor quando entramos ambos no funil elias garcia,,, mas nao o fiz verifiquei que esse senhor precisa de tratamento psiquiatrico

Antes de mais , eu sou funcionária do departamento de telemarkting , ou melhor já fui mas continuo com a empresa no coração pois foi ela que me criou e ensinou a ser o que sou hoje. Temos todas as condições para trabalhar , ou seja não passamos frio nem andamos á chuva. Temos o maior conforto , isto falando do departamento de telemarkting. Relativamente aos funcionários , Operadores e Supervisores , nunca conheçi pessoas tão prestáveis em termos de ajudar e “indicar o caminho” para não cometermos falhas e nos tornar-mos verdadeiros profissionais tal como eles. Temos prémios semanais onde podemos tirar um excelente cheque no final do mês. Aqui temos todas as condições e mais algumas para TRABALHAR ! É verdade que trabalhamos 6 dias por semana , mas POR OPÇÃO pois temos 2 folgas só não tira quem não quer e precisa de ganhar dinheiro.
Agora minha Senhora que se está aqui a “queixar” , não gosta de trabalhar ? não gosta de ganhar dinheiro ? Pelo comentário que está aqui exposto parece-me que não gosta de “estragar as unhas”.. So doidos… Pela minha experiência sim a Ibterpass esgota a paciência do cliente ate este assinar um contrato.. Nunca caí, mas ja vi caírem. Sei do que falo porque trabalhei no hotel d Luis em Coimbra e uma vez eles foram lá com miúdas todas xpto etc.. E enquanto estavam a espera de clientes eu meti conversa com uma e após alguns instantes fomos para a casa de banho ter relações sexuais. Enquanto isso um cliente entrou e eu fiquei a ouvir a conversa deles na sala ao lado e confirmo que sao maçadores. Depois a miúda a quem fudi também confirmou .
Eu acho que toda gente quer ganhar dinheiro e serem tratados com flores de estufa !!
Sem duvida é a melhor universidade / Empresas do mundo e gerida e administrada por grandes Homens !! Trabalhei durante anos , aprendi a crescer com as dificuldades que me surgiam e foi deverás importante para a minha formação ,pessoal , intelectual e como ser humano . Isto vai dar sempre ao mesmo , quem não é capaz , põe defeitos , diz mal e sabe se lá mais o quê .

Eu enviei uma carta registada com 14 dias de aviso com manda a lei para anulação do contrato e a gestora da interpass diz que não é possível. A gestora da interpass ao falar comigo por telefone foi mal educada. … fala fala fala e não deixa o consumidor falar. Chega ao ponto que muda de conversa para abafar o assunto. A gestora chegou a dizer que ela não era uma de minhas namoradas ou amigas para eu poder falar. Eu irei aos tribunais fazer participação da interpass. O meu processo está ser analisado pelo meu advogado e pela deco.
A interpass é fraudulenta, enganam as pessoas mais fracas de cabeça, aqueles contratos estão cheios de ilegalidades. E acho uma piada os supostos vendedores virem aqui defender a honra de uma empresa que é mais mal falada que uma P***** da esquina… Ganhem vergonha na cara e acreditem que qualquer dia apanham um maluco e davos uma sova pela m*** que fazem. Já fui varias vezes a esses hoteis em que eles tentam fazer lavagens cerebrais e dou vos um baile que me dá um gozo termendo. Deixo vos falar e dar aquele paleio todo e aquelas “contas” em folhas de rascunho vou fazendo de inocente e que não percebo nada. Ate que chega ao fim e digo assim isto é matematica não falha e ninguem dá nada a ninguem e faço lhe ali a continhas todas na tromba e ai vem o meu maior prazer, ver a cara do comercial muito desmoralizado e finalmente a perceber que esta ali há uma hora ou mais a dar a cantiga do vigario e não vai levar nada de mim.
